Rates are shown per week and include all taxes and clean on departure. There is a 7% discount for bookings of 3 or more weeks.
2 week booking only accepted for Easter and Christmas periods.
Solar pool heating is included. Electric pool heating is available for the cooler months for £70 ($110) per week.
Travel cot and high chair $30 per week each.
25% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks before arrival.
Security deposit £150/$225 (£225/$350 for 3 or more weeks).
Saturday to Saturday booking preferred but can be flexible.
Sorry no pets.
For the safety and comfort of guests we do not permit smoking in the villa.
