Rates are shown per week and include all taxes and clean on departure. A discount maybe available for bookings of 3 or more weeks except in high season.
2 week booking only accepted for Easter and Christmas periods.
Solar pool heating is included. Electric pool heating is available for the cooler months for £60 ($95) per week.
Travel cot and baby chair available free on request.
25% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks before arrival.
Security deposit £150/$250 pw £100/$175 each week thereafter max £300/$500.
Sorry no pets.
For the safety and comfort of guests we do not permit smoking in the villa.
