Accommodation
Central Living Area
Two lounge areas take up the central part of the villa. The high cathedral ceiling and large window area give a great sense of space. Each lounge has two large sofas, two small and one large glass top tables. There is a bookcase with a selection of books also cable TV, VCR / DVD and CD equipment.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large en-suite
bathroom with a garden tub, walk in shower cubicle,
two wash basins in a mirrored vanity unit, separate
toilet with bidet and a large walk in clothes closet.
Also TV and video player.
The other double bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom with tiled shower cubicle, toilet and vanity unit.
The two twin bedded rooms have ample hanging and storage space and share a third bathroom that has a tub with shower, toilet and vanity unit.
All bedrooms have fans and clock radios.
Kitchen
Connected to the main lounge area the kitchen maintains the spacious feel of the villa.
It is fully equipped with an electric four-plate hob, built in oven with grill and microwave oven. Ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and kitchen linens are provided.
There is a large fridge / freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher and plenty of working surfaces and cupboard space.
A dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, deep sink, iron and ironing board.
The Pool
Enclosed within a fine mesh screen cage you cannot fail to enjoy our pool area. With shrubbery on both sides and an open aspect to the rear it is well secluded.
The beautiful south facing 30x15 pool is surrounded by a large deck that allows lots of room to spread out and relax on the loungers.
The covered lanai has a large table and chairs for alfresco dining. It is ideal for that glass of wine before dinner or while you watch the sunset.
The pool is heated by solar panels with optional electric heat available during the cooler months. A safety fence is available, if required, when there are young children.
